"Suggestions"? Who would pay $500 a month for suggestions and not act on them? If they were "suggestions," then why did Rea claim 94% accuracy? Why take credit for his "suggestions" in the New York Times? Why be paid kickbacks based on execution of his "suggestions"?

You provided no law. SEC and the District Court made clear they are far more than merely "suggestions" when they are contained in interactive, updateable chat, containing time-specific information. So, do you believe that SEC and Federal Court precedent are inapposite and not applicable in this instance? Please state your reasons, and supply case law to back it up.
