How's the republican Orwellian Society here today? I have noticed during my short time of posting here that it's the republicans that have the disposition to accept fascism and have little us it seems for civil rights, or even the bill of rights. That's just a throw back from the dark ages in their view, I guess, that's not really needed anymore since we have such sterling individuals in high office. According to them we should just lay down our rights because .......why?

Yes, I agree that there is now a very right bias to the media. There are some holdouts, but more and more are chasing the dollars that FOX is getting by pandering to the right.
