I also bought a (very) little GLFD not that long ago given that it hasn't participated much in the rally but it has some interesting prospects.

Propofol is approved for conscious sedation in some countries, but I think it is not used for this indication in the US - typically Versed is used instead. (Anyone please correct me if I am wrong). In general, I suspect conscious sedation is a more difficult indication than true anesthesia - the people using it are not anesthesiologists and can screw up more easily. There are reimbursement issues as well:

Versed also needs to be titrated because of variable PK. To my surprise (given how widely used it is) it has a black box warning:
