The strike has been called off. Let's see what gold does come monday. There may be $5-10 of strike premium built in, but I don't think much more.

I think the latest run was more related to the Dollar, the previous week's COT and early seasonal buying.

You have made a lot of good calls in the past, but your super bearish gold call was as wrong as your fervent support for the Bush invasion of Iraq. Too bad that poor and lower middle class American kids and uncounted thousands of iraqis have pay the price for a war begun by wealthy and powerful neo-conservative warmongers who who would never in a thousand years put their own lives on the line.
