Don, When you get to the DARPA page, you find that it is the weasel Poindexter who is in charge. This man is a menace to decency and the American way of life.

There are some real sick mothers in our government. I mean really, really, really sick Junior Bush is basically leading a death cult in his administration. Its like blowing up frogs behind the house when he was a kid, just loads of fun. Did you catch the creepy understatement when he talks about torture and killing? In the state of the union is says about killing suspects, "well, let's just say they won't be a problem anymore", barely leaving out the "har har har". Last week talking about the Uday/Usay brothers' shot up bodies he says, "they no longer have careers". This all goes along with the ridicule of the death-row woman begging for her life when he was governor of Texas, he makes fun of her on a radio show by saying in a mocking voice, "please don't kill me!", that time giggling on the air at his own "joke". For a college cheerleader who deserted his National Guard duty he is sure trying hard to sound like a tough guy.
