Now, Janice

you know very well, at least one of the incidents I am referring to. And, you know very well who Chalem was associated with, or should I say "friendly" with. I can list at least three or four more similar situations, but the one in point was discussed at length on SI. In fact did you not moderate a site dealing with this issue? So now I think you can relate to my reference:

"October 31, 1999
Amateur Sleuths Seek To Solve Internet Stock Promoters' Murders
On October 26, two Internet penny stock promoters were found shot to death in a home in Colts Neck, New Jersey (see October 28 entry below for more information). [Now an art historian in Italy] has created a Silicon Investor message board devoted to the efforts of amateur cyber-sleuths who are trading the results of their own cyber-sleuthing to learn more about the men who were murdered and the organizations with which they were involved."

"October 28, 1999
Police Look Into Business Dealings of Slain Stock Promoters
By IVER PETERSON
OLTS NECK, N.J. -- The two partners in an Internet stock promotion operation who were found shot to death on Tuesday inside a mansion here were linked to "shady" business dealings and may have been killed to be silenced, the Monmouth County Prosecutor said Wednesday.
One victim, Albert Alain Chalem, 41, who lived in the mansion in this wealthy suburb, had worked for the brokerage A. S. Goldmen, which was indicted in July in New York on several charges of stock manipulation and illegal trading; the firm has denied the charges."

I believe anyone that is intentionally outed by members of a criminal enterprise (especially if they are witnesses or complaintants), should be concerned for their safety and the FBI should take notice! JMHO

Interesting...

The fact that Swash is likely not you is irrelevant because Scion and crew claimed that it was you. So, anything they did to Swash was in effect being done to you.

I have no knowledge of anyone posting info about "Viperchick". I never posted any info about anyone. I do, however, recall "bandita99" suggesting I raped a woman.

There was NO legitimate reason to post ANY information identifying me except to harass, intimidate, and put my safety and that of my family at risk.
