Jim, Mortgage refinance market is on the ropes. Then again, money was getting way to easy there.

You're telling me. Billboards offering home equity loans everywhere in SoCal. One even has an active interest rate display, as if an equity loan or refinance deal is like getting gas.

Of course, it'd be nice to actually own a home myself ...
