i'M JUSt starting to look into it.

what is bothering me at the moment is the statement that was posted #reply-19151462 about what the CEO said and what their current posting on the website says.

On the website: spectrumsignal.com

"On July 14, 2003, Spectrum issued a news release announcing that it would pursue strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value, along with revised guidance as follows:

Annual revenue of $23 million to $27 million
A net loss on the year
Overall gross margin of 52% to 55% "

However in the recent statement by the CEO they plan to be a $150 million company in 2004. It doesn't state whether thats at the end or beginning, nor does it clarify what the $150 million represents revenue or total cap or what.

thats a big difference....
