Hi scionist, The image of Dobry’s Affidavit, which was entered just before the hearing on Tuesday, is now available on Pacer. Which lawsuit is this one? I had heard (maybe incorrectly?) that the radio DJ lost his job and left Chicago, and I had presumed that his lawsuit left with him. Or is this a different lawsuit? You know, there's so many lawsuits, and so many players involved, that I can no longer differentiate between them without a score card... <g> KJC
