That one of the good answers why terrorism isn't the rampant threat that people act like it is. re: Now that the 9/11 report is out, we know what the CIA did wrong and what they could have done to anticipate the attacks. Had the CIA done exactly that, would you have supported a pre-emptive strike against the Taliban? Against Osama bin Laden and his followers, certainly. Against the Taliban, unfortunatly, no.
