Yeah. They're in de facto possession. Actually, I'd thought about this before, but I was just going to give back the SOUTHERN half of the state.

Wonder what Smithee and Jorj would think of that.

On second thought: Laz for NORTHERN CA GUV!

And we'll give that $38B debt to the southern half. Then it's the Mexican's problem and they can default on it.
