If a Republican appointed judge can be convinced that I or anyone is possibly engaged in acts against America. Yes please do it. I will feel a lot safer.

A judge appointed by mr. bill or a dem who is a member of the left's 5 column scare the hell out of me. But I will still take my chances. I wish I could leave my car with the doors unlocked and leave the key in the ignition.

Fine by me, I have nothing to hide.

First off: Frankly, they would have no interest in me as I have nothing to hide, so thats an irrelevant comment. However, IF you are concerned about such matters you OUGHT to be supporting Bush's picks for the Federal Court system which have been ILLEGALLY (in my mind) held up by the Dems in the Senate. Why, cause they are STRICT CONSTITUTIONALISTS meaning they tend to not MAKE NEW LAWS (which is not their job) but to INTERPRET existing Laws as promulgated by our Constitution and Bill of Rights. jdn
