Outsource lawyers? That would be much more difficult than outsourcing engineers. Does china have law schools now teaching US law? I guess they could since they have an infinite supply of people.

of course they are offshoring lawyers, its basically an administrative task so I'm not surprised.

I think (but am not sure) that the recent H1-B extension that the tech industry was lobbying for was voted down in congress so a lot of this stuff that was allowed in the 90s to assist with "growth requirements" is off the table now. Remember that Vermont senator yelling at Greenpan? <gg>

I think CEO, COO type jobs should be outsourced instead of other jobs that I think should stay here in US :-).

I am sure that will still be a good cost cutting measure.
