I don't care of there is no Soviet Union any more! They made the mess; they shall have to clean it up! The winning bidder for southern CA shall decide what is to be done with the People's Republic of Santa Monica. We recommend several megatons. 3. Medicinal pot shall remain legal. Any resident not having a disease requiring medicinal pot must get one. 4. Other crackpot ideas will be adopted as needed to garner votes.
