Even if no WMD are found, this represents a failure of intelligence, not a lie....and indeed it represents the failure of every major intelligence service on the planet since they all agreed that Saddam had WMD....

BAGHDAD, Iraq, July 31 — Two American soldiers were killed and five wounded in new attacks in Iraq, U.S. officials said Thursday. One soldier was killed and three were wounded on Thursday when their vehicle hit a land mine on the road to Baghdad International Airport. Another American was killed and two injured by small-arms fire at their base north of the city late Wednesday, the military said.

Unless you know otherwise, The mobile labs are still in Iraq and thus WMD's are currently in Iraq.

Clearly it is not to early to know WMDs are in Iraq.

Clearly WMDs have been found.
