This is Mongolia, not Hong Kong. It's like comparing cost of a project in the middle of the James Bay territory with the same project in Nevada or Noranda.

I am not condescending with Chinese business. They are very efficient businessmen. Ask Paul Desmarais of Power Corp. If there is money to be made in China, it'll be made by chineses, not foreigners. For 30 years, he has been trying to make profitable deals with them. He hasn't succeeded yet!

I know for a fact that it is cheaper to build a large chemical plant in China than in Japan.
