Maybe? he did:

"And mark my words, he will develop weapons of mass destruction. He will deploy them, and he will use them"

clinton was also of the opinion of this:

"The best way to end that threat once and for all is with a new Iraqi government -- a government ready to live in peace with its neighbors, a government that respects the rights of its people. Bringing change in Baghdad will take time and effort. We will strengthen our engagement with the full range of Iraqi opposition forces and work with them effectively and prudently."

Bush is finishing the job that clinton didn't have the balls to do.

Taking any action the will result in the deliberate or accidental death of others in another country is morally ethically identical having nothing to do with the numbers or the size involved.

And all such actions involve the risk of death to American military personel.

There is justification for one or million or none. It is quite black and white. Life and death of one or million is black and white.

All else is relativistic stupidity.
