"Your claim that even I, Me, I, ever claimed otherwise is wholly unsupportable, as is the claim that I ever said they'd make piles of cash." dood, get 'em to loosen up that straight jacket will ya? AS TO YOUR CLAIM: "As noted in their 10-k, they told the truth and you haven't and can't pointed to a place where they claimed otherwise concerning royalties from DOCSIS as you imply it, except in your OWN lying words." PHEW... dan, take a breath... and your medication... actually dan. i can prove that. i happen to have the slide shows from a number of their investor meetings, a number of their conference taped calls and snapshots from their own website where they made false claims... hard evidence to dispute dan. and yes dan, i do still have them.... all of them.... i also have reams of information where they or their bankers (in meetings TERN management attended and never corrected the bankers), claimed they were going to be the next docsis standard and therefore they'd make a fortune off royalties from the licensing. you have a very short memory dan.. that was the BASIS for the TERN's huge value. don't tell me you really forgot that dan? as to the issue of TERN not selling DOCSIS equipment. you read what i wrote incorrectly. my point always was they were re-labeling someone else's equipment and suggesting it was their own equipment. a fact that's well documented in a number of articles written about the now infamous cc they had... where our guys forced them to admit this for the first time... now as to the admission in their 10k that they're giving away licensing to s-cdma to everyone including their competitors... giving away what you've always hyped as the "world beating" technology (s-cdma) is a SIGNIFICANT event danny boy. don't ya think? the development of docsis 2.0 with the inclusion of s-cdma took a long damn time. and the fact that TERN KNEW they'd have to give s-cdma away to get s-cdma into docsis 2.0 BUT FAILED TO DISCLOSE THAT IN ANY SEC REPORT FOR i'd guess a good year - perhaps almost 2 years is going to be MORE than a little problematic during the upcoming trial danny boy. just, fyi. one last thing i was hoping you could help me with... what's it feel like to pass peanuts while your head's up your rectum? zit kinda like a face massage? i've always wondered cheers, steve p
