Excuse me......church ceremonies in the WH; praying at the opening of Congress; incorporating church groups into activities normally secular; banning gay marriage; talking in tongues etc. Its unbelievable to me what the presidency is becoming.

This is partisan nonsense, as usual. Every president in recent memory has done ALL these things, with the exception of (a) "banning gay marriage" -- which the president can't do in the first place, and (b) "speaking in tongues" which is something you apparently made up. Even if any of these false allegations were true, that would not constitute "pandering".

Let me tell you what DOES constitute "pandering": Bill Clinton going to one black church after another and speaking, no, delivering sermons -- all in an effort to get the black vote. That's "pandering" -- at its absolute worst. You wouldn't know pandering if it bit you on the ass.

A president who actively fights with the Supreme Court on issues.

Do you have any idea what the job of the Solicitor General is?

You guys.

the religious right

"Hardly."

Excuse me...

Allowing federal funds to pay for stem cell research, supporting the supreme court's decision that struck down sodomy laws, not spending time speaking out against abortion, and other things. Bush isn't exactly a darling of the "anti-religious right", but he is not a lapdog to the religious right either.

AKA as neocons.

To the extent that they can be identified as a coherent group with specific opinions Bush hasn't pandered to them.

And Iraq is not the only country on which Bush has set his sights.

You have evidence for this claim?

Excuse me......pushing for a major abbreviation of affirmative action when statistics show that minorities still trail whites in the important demographics including income.

That isn't pandering to racists, it is opposing racism. Also Bush hasn't really done a strong job in this area. He has praised the supreme court decisions that enshrine diversity as a compelling state interest that can be used to justify unequal and unfair treatment of individuals.

What do you call the fight over affirmative action?

The Bush administration brought the case to the supreme court, then once they made their decision he praised it, he didn't fight it.

When you answer the question where are the WMD in the positive, I will no longer have evidence

True you wont have evidence then just like you don't have evidence now.
