"If SI gives everyone on this thread a check for $100 except you, no one is using SI against you. If SI pays people $100 to attack you or vandalize your car then it is acting against you. Someone not giving something to you or doing something for you is not the same as someone acting against you or taking something away from you."

Where does the money come from, if the state is involved? It comes from people who pay taxes- and it is not voluntary to pay taxes (it is voluntary to join SI). Homosexuals pay taxes just like you, they deserve equal treatment. You are arguing they do not. You are arguing they should be forever excluded from marrying because they don't live with the "right" sex- for the way our marriage laws are set up. We can, it is true, set them up to exclude anyone we want. But why? Why do we do that? And the set up most certainly is against the people who are excluded when you publicly give everyone something you deny to a few. Put 50 people in a room and publicly hand out 20.00 to each, except for 5- and see how those 5 feel- and those 5 aren't even paying IN to that system. Imagine if I take money from your wallet, to pay in to that system, and then I leave you in the corner with no money, because you are "different". Whether you can admit it or not, you have been acted against, and other people have been acted for- your pocket was picked, and the benefit went to others. I think there was a tea party in this country, about that sort of thing, at some point.
