Where does the money come from, if the state is involved? It comes from people who pay taxes- and it is not voluntary to pay taxes

And sometimes married couples pay more taxes because they are married. And many of the benefits are not from the government.


You are arguing they should be forever excluded from marrying because they don't live with the "right" sex- for the way our marriage laws are set up.

I think that insurance benefits and such should probably be available to gay couples and possibly even to non couples, but what the gay couples have shouldn't be legally recognized as a marriage or at least not by judicial fiat, if such a major change is to happen in this country it should be voted in through the democratic process.

And the set up most certainly is against the people who are excluded

No it most certainly is not.
