No I'm not.

And why shouldn't what gay couples "have" be recognized by marriage?

Because it isn't a marriage by the traditional meaning of the word. If our country is going to give the equivilent to same sex couples they should use a different word or phrase.

If you wait for the majority to vote in your rights, you allow the majority to decide how long they will oppress the minority.

That argument assumes that someone is being oppressed.

Also the courts are about legal rights not natural rights. I see nothing in the constitution that requires or even allows the federal government to impose same sex marriages on the states.
