I hate automated help lines that try and route you through automated solutions when nothing is ever that simple. The best help I ever got for my Gateway (I want to throw it out the back door) I got from a foreign person who actually found the problem after several calls to Americans who could not. This foreign woman must have actually studied the manual was my impression, unlike the lazy Americans. Unfortunate but true and it doesn't bode well for us.
