How is the premise faulty, Rascal? The marchers may answer that they weren't really marching to save Saddam Hussein, they had other, loftier goals in mind; but functionally speaking, they were marching to save Saddam Hussein; if their advice had been taken, Saddam & Sons would still be ruling in Baghdad, still killing Iraqis to the tune of 1,000 a month and more. Someone who thinks it adequate to simply overlook the real-world results of his policy advice is not someone to take seriously.
