....Anyone have any experience with "lot = float"?.... Not I personally but a fellow I worked with for years built a two story house boat. He was out of town and the caretaker for the marina needed to move it do some work on the dock. So this caretaker moved it around to another berth. The tide went out and the house boat came down on top of an old pier and sank. End of house boating.
