"Poor homeless squirrel."

My oldest daughter spent the last week of July working out of a food distribution center in San Francisco. Most of her experience, as related to me, was centered around the homeless folk that hang around Haight/Ashbury.

You're lucky none of us called PETA to defend the poor squirrel's rights.

I suppose if you went to outside professionals and are willing to pay a bunch of money to replace your own efforts, that I may have to modify my belief in the squirrel's ultimate chance of success.

But my heart is still with the little critter!

(Though it wouldn't be if it were MY house!!)
