Well.... hmmmm..... George said Osama did it, Colin said he did it, Donald said he did it, Ari said he did it, CNN said he did it, and the CIA has a fake tape complete with subtitles where he confessed.

That about covers evidence in the public domain, although I probably missed quite a few "He did its".
