Very true. This guy was an Australian wine importer, who got a Safeway contract and now lives in a villa in France

Thanks for posting that tour, it was fun to travel back there again.

I have an old friend who lives on a houseboat moored on Liberty Dock. He built the houseboat himself and he's been there so long he's grandfathered in so his fees are extremely low. He has one of the least expensive living situations of almost anyone I know in Marin. It's got to be wonderful to for him to sail his sailboat right from the house. Sausalito is a little too cold for my taste, especially right on the water. Nice place to visit when the fog isn't in. The other thing, you have to like small cozy places.
