>>> Your move to sell in the mid 5's was a wise move, but when it starts to recover getting back in at a lower price might be difficult?? <<<

You are probably right but, it's not the price that I focus on. I know that's difficult for some people to understand but, it's the movement I want to catch, even if it's $6 or $7.

One of the main reasons it's difficult for people to show consistent profits is because they worry about price. They let a stock go because they don't want to pay up for it and the stock goes on to huge gains. They buy at a low price and end up having their money sit while the stock goes through a basing or consolidation period.

It's the price movement I'm waiting on.

Nice volume today, I want to see some follow through tomorrow. I want to see a level or two of resistance taken out before I get back in. I don't need the glory of catching bottom dollar. I'm looking for a high probability trade.

Let's see that momentum continue and I'll pull the trigger.

Jim,

On RRI (it's almost a homepage for me, since it's my stockcharts standard chart I call up for all charts), it's produced its first SAR buy signal today in over a month. I think that means it's a tradeable stock (whereas EP is not, at least not here), but for what time period? The last time there was a SAR signal the stock went sideways and then down but at a slower pace, so it might be better to think of this first signal as one for shorts to cover, but not yet go long?

A 15-20% correction in this market (which seems reasonable from these levels) could suck all the buyers out of all names, and then you'd see all the RRI owners in the $4-5 range head for the door at once.

Another really negative looking stock here is OMG. Ouch.

<<A close today above 4.92 on volume over 3MM would be enough to get me back on board.>>

Is a $5.02 close with 2.7 million shares enough to get you back in??
