That I do not agree with.
I personally think that CA shares a lot of problems that other states have, but also has some very specific ones of their own.

I think we need end-to-end employment.
Remember, a lower wage worker may spend any additional money they he/she may receive on a new TV or appliance (which probably isn't even manufactured here), while a business that receives a tax break may expand their business...
