Asssuming you believe the inverse to be truth, what makes you think that OBL has been the loser......thanks to GW and his actions? Please explain in detail.

In part, I think they were shocked into inaction by the increasingly rabid approach the GOP has take since securing both Houses of Congress. Fortunately, that's changing now.
