So which is it? Since the stories we were told about WMDs were knowingly false, are we adventuring around the world to save millions of subjugated peoples, then? Another lie. There are more subjugated and killed in Africa, for example. Foreign policy based on lies is destroying our credibility. No matter how strong our military if we lose the world's respect we have endangered every US citizen. This military buildup and lack of economic policy will cost the US trillions in dollars, not to mention lives of soldiers and increased terrorism at home, killing many more Americans. Our gov't was not established to help the world. The neocons have decided to subjugate every American into their battle for world domination. They need to have their fingers removed from the levers of power before there are more terrorist incidents and economic meltdown goes further. The economy is already hollowed out and getting more precarious. The warnings of terror incidents are increasing not decreasing. The quantity of lies coming from official Washington are increasing in volume and subject matter. The gov't is becoming increasingly dangerous, secretive and growing faster than at any time in its history. Even a "tax reduction", something I'm in favor of under normal circumstances, is a lie, when the spending explodes. Everything this administration claims is lies, basically.
