I just sent a PM to one of more liberal persuasions than I. I pointed out that only 20% of Californians think Davis is doing a good job. This in a state where the governor is a Democrat, the legislature is Democratic, the Congressional delegation is Democratic, and both Swnators are Democrats.

But this is strictly a partisan Republican effort to get revenge,
