I will always drop by, even if from French INet cafe reading KR's August issue now got 16 to read and catch up his main point in Aug issue is that the USEconomy is now slightly in recession !!! yes, recession back out the hedonics for IT spending back out the unreasonable chain-weighted GDP lift from understated CPI calculation and you get slightly negative GDP for Q2 !!! he says to confirm it with jobless increases we do not EVER see job losses during small econ recovery NEVER also, Europe is in slight recession with fewer job losses so a correlation comparison confirms US in recession I like the way this guy thinks but I will not discuss any more on the nature of the trip only what I learn on the economy and financial markets it has to be that way / jim
