I dont even bother returning my brokers phone calls anymore. She only has a small % of my holdings, all in mutual funds which I'll hold for the long term and see what happens. No reason to listen to her, or take her advice. Her advice cost me alot of money and she was yelling BUY BUY BUY for the last 3 years, when all of a sudden at beginning of this year, she changed to SELL SELL SELL. So she said to buy buy buy, when things were tanking, then at the very bottom she yelled sell sell sell, just prior to market rallying. Glad I learned and used her as a contrary indicator and bought near the lows, rather then selling. Amazing to me that these clowns can tell you to buy...opportunity of a lifetime, when market is in a never ending free fall....then at the very bottom, they change to sell sell sell. My dog could time the market better. And my broker is a VP at SSB, fairly high up the ladder, Sad, very sad.
