Yes, a dashing figure and eloquent elocutionist. :-) If elected, Bill has promised to cough up a hairball for every Democratic member of the legislature, as tokens of regard for exercising spending restraint and fiscal responsibility.

When asked to comment on Governor Davis' performance in office, Bill replied, in succinct fashion, "OOP ACK THPPPT!!!"
