So you have to be a True Believer to post here?

No, not a true believer. But it would help to bring some facts to back up your opinion.

Somehow this makes sense.

What does not make sense is that the people who so strongly take offense at what I post are unwilling to look at a single source that I provide. ie, get a video to watch or read a book on the subject. The ideas are rejected out of hand because of prejudice alone.

Has the idea that the gentlemen of the CFR promoting Communism ever seemed seriously absurd to you?

No. The feeling about Communism in the teens and 20's was far different than it is today with hindsight. Lennin took financial aid from many sources and who knows what the motives behind the money were and what Lenin had to promise. He even took aid from the German's. The donors didn't envision a Stalin taking power after Lennin was shot and that they would never get what they expected.

Or that, yes, money does have a strong influence on elections, BUT they are still elections? The outcomes are not always what the conspirators of the CFR desire.

Money buys air time for propaganda, sometimes called campaign ads, that make promises the candidates usually never deliver on. Like smaller government. Remember that old wives tale that used to be a plank in the Republican party? The CFR through many fronts gives money to their candidates and also gives them access in the tightly controlled media. Why are there at least half a dozen political parties frozen out by the media and cash poor because corporations and special interest groups don't donate to them? Their only avenue to the people is permanently blocked to them. So the one party, two platform political system stays in power.

Or that the CFR is a group of generally wealthy, influential men who invite other wealthy, influential men to join, BUT those men come through the doors with their own beliefs and are difficult to influence themselves BECAUSE they have wealth and influence?

They are invited to join because they already have the same ideology as the CFR. That's a criteria of membership. So they can join, and then work on the grand scheme. They are an elite group. In the whole world just 3200 members as the link SOROS posted states. 3200 powerful and influential workers all like minded working for a brave new business dominated monopolistic world.

As usual, you careen off the rails again.

You wish. You have brought nothing to the discussion other than your own preconceived ideas. Why don't you try and look into what is being said. Read a few books? I have read extensively for years to learn what I have. Most Americans are lazy and just judge from a little mainstream news.
