Well Ray, I don't have much of a response. I am happy to see that you do research and support your arguments rationally. I can see that you have worked hard to present a valid viewpoint against the case for going to war. I am convinced that you overstate your case and diminish the evidence of your opposition. If it were only a matter of WMD, or that politicians (just like everyone else) seldom have access to all of the information they need; I would probably be inclined to agree with you that there isn't a strong case for going to war against the immediate threat.

I see a huge case against the regime that is justified for all the reasons I have given previously. I am also convinced that given the available resources and stated goals of Saddam it would only be a matter of time until a much more serious threat would be presented.

You and I are not likely to move a camel's eyelash from our opposing views. All the same...
