oh I thought you might have been from washington state. software has been destroyed with offshoring. I can be brutally honest on a website, I have had more than a few friends say directly to me.... "my job used to be fun, now it is an indian sweatshop". I blame Oracle and Larry Ellison for this cheapening of software expertise. I don't know who would want to embark on a career in software now. Maybe one of the consumer areas is better than enterprise. Oracle was profiled very negatively in the IEEEs presentation on indian offshoring and for that reason I doubt they are approved to take out peoplesoft.
