Every indication tells me that Bush is using the terrorist banner to further his agenda in Iraq. But Al Qaeda and Iraq do not intersect. We are being lied to. Why?

The crux of that missile story is that Russian intel got wind of an arms dealer with a rocket for sale. Agents set him up with a buyer...another agent. No terrorists were involved...just a sting operation.
