LOL!!! Both parties are bought by Big Money. Davis and Clinton are proof of that. You have to pick which special interest you want to back. Drugs: The drug companies use the US to recoup deveolopmwent costs and sell the drugs cheaper in foreign countries. If they can't get back their development costs here, they will get them elsewhere. Which means higher drug costs in third world countries. Which means more deaths. Is this what you and the Democrats want? Also, the FDA has the strictest approval standards in the world. That drives up costs. It is years and many millions from development of a drug to its final approval for general use. Your choice is pay for that or have more dangerous drugs. Many other countries rely on the US to approve drugs and have no approval process of their own- -they just allow those approved by the FDA with assurance they have been tightly screened. If they are forced to develop their own approval process, their prices rise.
