I'd have to guess by the name 'lowrisk' that the site is mainly frequented by conservative types. The data reflects that- as there are rarely more bulls than bears, and when there are, you can be pretty certain that a market high is in the making. OTOH- When you see a huge bearish spread like this weeks'- you can be pretty confident that there is a market low in the making.. But I am also basing my call on market internals appearing to have bottomed out. Those can invert pretty quickly however..
