Yes, he will. It is lose/lose for the Dems if Davis or Bustamante stay in power. I think the Republicans will have a chance of changing the legislature in 04 if they get their act together. Not that they have up to now. The Democratic edge is registration is really overwhelming.

Doesn't sound likely to me. The Reps have managed to keep both the libertarians and the religious right in the tent for some time now. The social conservatives are not going to dislike Ah-nuld enough to prevent him from becoming a Republican governor.
