I posit that management jobs will be outsourced as well. No reason why they shouldn't be. It will take time, but will happen. Why not go back to India and work there, Immi?

I'm afraid I am one of those managers and it is hell. They are taking the business analysts of the past and now they are managing offshore teams. It used to be a business analyst just did his job, now you have this other responsibility of getting the product you want from the team, it is a killer. Thats how I know what these productivity numbers really mean. It looks to the gov't like I am actually writing the code, untrue. Although at this rate I think it would be easier if I just wrote the whole thing.
