No it isn't. But I have to run for awhile, so I cannot fill out my thought. Suffice it to say that all such reports have executive summaries so that the principals get the main points, without having to go through all of the supporting material.......

Now, back to my thought. This is not the first or only NIE to cross their desks. I doubt they expected much new. But also, it was prepared at the request of a Senate committee, not due to some immediate need at the White House. In other words, the report was not for them, it was for others who had not been living with these matters in the way that Bush and Rice had. Your outrage is totally misplaced........
