Who shoots off his or her mouth BEFORE going to court? Only someone trying to play up the publicity angle. Very rarely is it someone who's trying to work within the court system. Judges usually don't appreciate anyone trying the case in the court of public opinion before it reaches the courtroom.

So is this the second time he claims he was assaulted by a family member, and with no witnesses or a police report? (again?) Just wondering if anyone out there can clear this up for me...
