You don't get it. There are unions, and there are public employee unions. Public employee unions have one mission: get as much out of the taxpayer as possible. People understand this and want their government shrunk. They don't want to pay 90% pensions to "public servants". They see what happened in the Joke State and they don't want that happening in their own states.
