Well that's one interpretation, but I always like to go to the source (Don't like my food pre-masticated either.<g>) newamericancentury.org As you can see it's from September 2000. It's based on an earlier document the Defense Policy Guidance 1992 - 1994 written by Wolfowitz and Libby. The dream has "been around" for a while. lurqer
