Genocide In Iraq?

Rock,

Re: we didn't make things any easier for them by destroying their water and electric infrastructure in the first Gulf War and by maintaining cruel sanctions

We were very efficient in planning this genocide:

That is putting it mildly. Secular Iraq had a relatively high standard of living 25 years ago with a large middle class. Now the country has been all but wrecked and the middle class has virtually disappeared.

Israel is the only nation to really benefit from this. A strong, independent Iraq would have been an obstacle to their lust for total domination of the Mideast. US Iraq policy has been a disaster for the Iraq people and probably will turn out to be a disaster for the US as well. But it has been a bonanza for Israel.
