It is Bush they should have recalled. The problems of California are Bush/Cheney/Enron's making. Like the Enron bullshit, when Bush and Cheney refused to stop the Enron fraud when Davis asked them to in California's energy crisis that cost Californians some extra 18 billion dollars. I mean the only solution Davis had to respond to the Enron/Bush/Cheney extortion would have been to plunge California with no electricity. I'm sure Enron would not have minded back then. After all they had the full backing of the president and vice president. Hey, at least Bush and Cheney are set for life. Must feel good for you to pay for their retirement, eh?

The choice for Davis on the extortion from Enron/Bush and Cheney was either pay up or we cut your electricity. What do you think the response of Californians would have been if Davis had said that I won't pay you and all of a sudden Californians were without power (like they were but with only rolling blackouts instead of a "turn the lights off indefinitely" type of a blackout).

So Davis did the only thing he could do. He went to the FERC board (the FEDERAL Energy Regulatory Commission) and told them to FREEZE prices while an investigation took place to the energy price manipulation. BUSH & CHENEY REFUSED!!!!! So Davis had 2 choices. Either show the finger to Enron and plunge California into darkness, or do what he did to STOP the energy blackouts that the energy companies were using as a way to EXTORT money and contracts out of California.

The funny thing in all of this is that Davis WAS RIGHT. Enron was found guilty in manipulating the markets and price fixing. However the Bush and Cheney criminals did not allow the prices to roll back and have Enron issue refunds to California, even though Enron was found guilty. No wonder Ken Lay is still out there free with millions...

Bush and Cheney sold California out to the corporate corrupt interests of ENron (remember the secret energy meeting that Cheney had at that time with Enron and has even gone to court cause he refuses to release the details of those meetings???). So I'm not only going to vote to keep Davis, but I'm also voting to throw the big oil energy corrupt Bush and Cheney out in 04 and all those corrupt republicans from our legislation that voted to waste the millions of tax payer money for this circus of a recall. They, along with Bush, Cheney and Enron, are the true criminals.
